INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED USING A STANDARD OR EXPRESS SERVICE. PLEASE ALLOW 10-14 WORKING DAYS FOR STANDARD SERVICE AND 1-2 WORKING DAYS FOR EXPRESS SERVICE. DELIVERY TIMES CAN VARY DUE TO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE WHICH WE HAVE NO LIABILITY OR CONTROL OVER.

THE DELIVERY TIMES ARE ONLY ESTIMATES AND UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS MORE THAN ONE ITEM AND ONE IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM, THE WHOLE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ONCE THE PRE-ORDER ITEM IS AVAILABLE. ALL (UK & INTERNATIONAL) ORDERS ARE SENT OUT USING A TRACKED & SIGNED SERVICE. CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THEIR ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION. YOU CAN FIND YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED IN YOUR SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION E-MAIL.

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS


YOU
 MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY. ANY DAMAGES, DELIVERY PROBLEMS OR LOSS REPORTED AFTER THE 14 DAYS CAN NO LONGER BE INVESTIGATED OR COMPENSATED. 

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST/STOLEN ONCE MARKED ‘DELIVERED AT THE RECIPIENTS ADDRESS’. IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR NEIGHBOURS OR YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY OFFICE.

WE WOULD HATE FOR YOU NOT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. THEREFORE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AS ONCE THE ORDER IS ON ITS WAY, WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES.
