KFIGURE DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS, WE RUN AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. 

WE UNDERSTAND THAT NOT ALL ITEMS WILL FIT EVERY INDIVIDUAL AS EXPECTED AND WE WILL ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR THIS REASON. YOU CAN INDICATE YOUR INTENT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR ANY SIZE OR ITEM (PERMITTED IT’S IN STOCK). IF YOU WANT TO TREAT YOURSELF EVEN MORE AND THE REPLACEMENT COSTS EXTRA, A GIFT CARD WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED FOR THE DIFFERENCE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INFORM US ON THIS. 

IF YOU CANNOT FIND SOMETHING WHICH YOU LIKE, WE CAN PROVIDE A STORE CREDIT VOUCHER FOR YOU TO USE IN THE FUTURE.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE EXCHANGE SIZE. WE WILL THEN PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ADDRESS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO.

ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE FULFILLED. 

POSTING

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT COVER THE SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM BACK TO US AND THIS WILL BE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. HOWEVER, WE ARE HAPPY TO COVER THE COST TO SHIP YOUR NEW EXCHANGED ORDER. 

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM TO US. WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY WARRANTY FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED BACK TO US AND THIS WILL BE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

THE RETURN MUST ARRIVE TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS (UK) & 21 DAYS (INTERNATIONAL) FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN UNWORN, UNMARKED, AND STILL WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENTS STATED. IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE AND SHIP THE NEW ORDER WITHIN 1-2 DAYS FROM RECEIVING YOUR RETURN.
